There will be 2 sessions as usual on Sunday: 5 -6.30pm and 7-8.30pm. This is the last gong bath until September 10th.
A new moon represents the end of one cycle and the beginning of another new 28 day cycle. This is an excellent time for making a fresh start, turning over a new leaf or starting any new project.
Bringing an intention to a gong bath is a good way to focus on all the possibilities that lie before you. You don't have to do this but it can be a way to look at habits, behaviours and beliefs and to question if there are new and inventive ways to change things. The gong bath's vibrational sound and frequency can help reduce stress, alter consciousness, creating a deep sense of peace and well-being for better health. This is a deeply relaxing experience and it is also a time for you to focus on yourself becoming aware of any niggles, pains or stiffness that are present, allowing the vibrations of the gongs and other instruments to flow through you.
The gong bath lasts for around 50 mins each session. There are other instruments such as shuti, flute, frame drums, Burmese bells, rattles and Tibetan bowls that are part of this experience.
Blankets, mats and eye masks are provided so just bring a cushion for your head.£10/session. Refreshments afterwards. Please bring a cushion for your head.
