TUESDAY: Vinyasa Flow 6.30pm-8pm

WEDNESDAY: Gentle yoga suitable for all 12.30pm -1.30pm

THURSDAY; Vinyasa Flow 6.30pm -8pm

FRIDAY MORNING: Power hour Vinyasa Flow 9am -10am (teacher: Lucy)

These are vinyasa flow classes and adaptions are given throughout as only you know your own body. The classes are a form of moving meditation and you are encouraged to make this a personal practice and depending on your energy levels and how you feel it will change from week to week.The Tuesday evening class is not suitable for beginners and is a strong class.

The classes will focus on grounding, on building strength and cultivating a sense of peace through the breath and through awareness of the sensations in the body. Developing this connection during these times when so much is unknown will help us build trust in ourselves and is key to mental and physical resilience.

How VINYASA FLOW helps our bodies and minds

  • Strengthens and tones the body

  • Reduces risk of injury and improves flexibility and circulation

  • Increases stamina

  • Calms the mind down by inviting us to synchronise movement with breath

  • Removes tension and obstacles in the body to allow breath and prana to flow enhancing energy

YIN YOGA: This practice is designed to help you sit longer and more comfortably, in meditation by stretching connective tissue around the joints (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). A passive practice, Yin Yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia. It will come at the end of the class and is a time for reflection and can increase flexibility and balance - as well as releasing stored tension from the body.

The classes are 90 minute classes.   £15/class The one hour class is £10/session
