This is a Holiday Gong Bath and because there is some building work and parking is a little restricted, there will be only one gong bath this Sunday. We will be holding two baths a month from September and resume the 5pm session followed by the 7pm session. 

Come and relax, letting the sound of the gongs and other instruments transport you to the present moment where there is no longer any past to drive the future, and there is no predictable future based on the past. This is a time for your body to heal, to restore harmony and balance and absorb the vibrations of the gongs overtones and undertones. A body is in a healthy state of being when each cell, each organ creates a resonance that is in harmony with the whole being. This is time for you.
