Gong Baths
These held every Sunday evening - look under What’s On for sessions times.
Morning gong baths once a month. NEXT: 24th November 11am-12pm
We have Restorative Yoga and Gongs one session a month - very gentle yoga for 45 mins followed by an hour gong bath.
POST CHRISTMAS: 27th DEC. - 6.30pm- 7.30pm NEW YEAR’S DAY: 1st JAN. - 6.30pm -7.30pm
Yoga for all
There are clsses for different abilities. Gentle yoga is a good class to start with as its only an hour and then if you feel stronger you may wish to join the evening classes or Friday morning class. Restorative Yoga with Gongs is a very effective and deep way to relax and let go whatever you physical ability.
Tuesday: Vinyasa flow 6.30pm-8pm
Wednesday: Gentle flow 9.30am-10.30am
Thursday: Vinyasa Flow/myofascial release with rollers 6.30pm -8pm
Friday: Power hour Vinyasa Flow 9am -10am
Restorative Yoga is held once a month on a Sunday evening.
Monthly Breathwork Sessions

December 22nd, 2pm-4pm
These monthly sessions begin with movement to feel into the body and begin to tap into is language . This photo shows one of the warm ups.

Private 1-2-1 breathwork sessions
These sessions explore, through the breath, aspects of the self that can lead to a deeper sense of knowing. Breathwork can help in the process of letting go of ingrained beliefs about ourselves, life, family and purpose. It can shed light on understanding our emotions and can help release these in a safe contained environment. Breathwork is a form of re-wilding and can help us return to the peace and acceptance which is an inate part of being human.
Restorative Yoga and Gongs
MONTHLY
Sunday, 26th January
6.30pm. -8.15pm
The Restorative yoga is very gentle and takes place on the floor with bosters and blocks for support. There will a longer Savasana after the Restorative yoga - details on the website. The advantages of this are many and when the body rests in Savasana for 6 minutes or more, there is a profound, magical and deeply healing change within.
